Ada’s Kitchen + Coffee is a new chef-driven local eatery in the heart of Riverside in Greenwich, Connecticut. Located in a beautiful historic building built about 1900, this special spot has been near and dear to many Greenwich locals as Ada’s Candy Store for over 50 years.

Now, newly renovated by Ada’s family, Chef Mike Pietrafeso is helping to keep the tradition alive, offering a dedicated candy corner, and so much more. Serving a full menu of seasonal and convenient scratch-made food, tasty baked goods and treats, and an espresso bar with locally roasted artisan coffee, Ada’s Kitchen + Coffee will satisfy every type of foodie, both young and old.

About the Chef

Born and raised in Greenwich, CT, Mike Pietrafeso graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 2006, and in the past decade, has gained extensive restaurant and catering experience throughout Fairfield County, including at Plum Pure Foods in Greenwich, CT; Napa & Co. and Bar Rosso in Stamford, CT; Le Farm in Westport, CT; Garden Catering and private residences in Pound Ridge, NY and Westport, CT. His wealth of knowledge and experience, combined with his desire to support local farms and communities, is a perfect combination for creating delicious scratch-made food for everyone to enjoy.

Mike lives in Greenwich with his wife, Krista, his two young daughters, Ella and Josie, and their dog, Milo.
